  1. General Provisions

    • This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a public offer that sets out the terms of use of the Promoblog website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), which provides a platform for placing, finding, and purchasing advertising services from bloggers.
    • Registration on the Website implies full and unconditional agreement by the User with this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
    • If you do not agree with the terms of the Agreement — do not use the Website.

  2. Registration and Account

    • To access the Website's functionality, the User must complete the registration process by providing a valid email address.
    • The User agrees to provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
    • The account is personal. Sharing access with third parties is prohibited.
    • The Administration has the right to suspend or delete the User's account if a violation of the Agreement or the provision of false information is detected.

  3. Website Functionality

    • Users may:
      • List their Instagram channels for advertising purposes.
      • Browse other users' channels.
      • Purchase advertising services from bloggers.
      • Top up their balance for making purchases.
    • Bloggers can receive funds to their internal balance after completing the advertising ordered through the Website.
    • If a channel's data has not been updated for more than 3 months, its display on the Website may be suspended.
    • If the channel's data significantly deviates from actual metrics (e.g. fake followers, views), the channel will be suspended until data is updated and verified.
    • Withdrawals. Bloggers who earn funds through the sale of advertising services may withdraw these funds from their account. Withdrawals are subject to:
      • a platform fee of 5% of the withdrawal amount;
      • an additional fee charged by the payment system or bank, which depends on the chosen withdrawal method.
      The amount available for withdrawal is calculated automatically taking into account the specified fees.

  4. Verification and Moderation

    • The Administration reserves the right to verify the authenticity of users, channels, and advertising offers.
    • In case of complaints about a blogger (e.g., demands for extra payment, suspicion of fraud), their account will be blocked and the channel deleted until circumstances are clarified.
    • The Administration reserves the right to conduct selective or full channel audits without prior notice.

  5. Financial Transactions

    • Balance top-ups are made through the payment services available on the Website.
    • After the advertisement is completed, the funds from the buyer's balance are transferred to the seller's balance.
    • The User has no right to demand a refund if the advertisement was confirmed as completed.
    • All transactions, top-ups, purchases, withdrawals, and balance changes are logged to protect users and prevent fraud.
    • In case of funds received due to a technical error or system bypass, the Administration reserves the right to freeze the User's balance and/or deduct the wrongfully obtained funds.

  6. User Restrictions

    • Using the Website for fraudulent purposes, deception of other users, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited.
    • It is forbidden to publish or transmit false information about channels or services offered.
    • Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.

  7. Liability

    • The Website Administration is not liable for direct or indirect losses incurred by users due to the use or inability to use the Website.
    • The Administration does not guarantee the success or effectiveness of advertising cooperation between users.
    • The Administration is not a party to any contract between advertiser and executor but may act as a mediator in dispute resolution.

  8. Intellectual Property Rights

    • All materials posted on the Website (logo, design, texts, etc.) are the property of the Administration or legal owners and are protected by copyright law.

  9. Changes to the Agreement

    • The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. The current version is always available on the Website.
    • Continued use of the Website after changes indicates the User's acceptance of the updated version of the Agreement.
